About the Stories
Take a Bite! Podcast stories are quick 5-15 minute long tales told with imaginations, appetites, and attention spans in mind. Children follow the prompt to "take a bite" of their meal or snack as they listen. Watch that food disappear!
Many children struggle with mealtime. A Take a Bite! story can add adventure, suspense, cuteness, and fun to the table. Don't forget, little ones, to follow our directions...and eat your veggies!

The Story Behind the Stories
Take a Bite! Podcast was founded in December 2020. The stories are written and told by Miss Jeannine. She has a Masters in Education and was a Kindergarten and Preschool teacher for many years. Jeannine hopes to help families and classes enjoy mealtime together with this Podcast.
Jeannine and her husband Brandon began telling "Take a Bite" stories to their nephew to help him through a picky eater stage. It's safe to say that this resulted in many cleaned plates! Most of the music on the Podcast was written, played and recorded by Brandon.
Hadley, our 8 year old daughter, loves to tell stories and listen, too. She is our resident sound effects expert. Hadley has also created the artwork for Take a Bite! Podcast by watching our friends at ArtforKidsHub.com. Check them out if your child wants to create the same illustrations!
